Numeira Mixed Salts & Mud guarantees the immediate refund of all resalable un-opened bags or items within (15) days from the date of receipt. This policy applies only to products that are purchased directly from Numeira Mixed Salts and Mud. No refunds will be provided on opened bags or shipping and handling charges. If you receive a defective item or part, we can provide a replacement at no charge. Please note that all packing materials, manuals, other accessories and/or documentation must be included in the manufacturer’s original packaging for a return to be processed. Any shipping charges incurred for returned or refused packages will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
